My name is Rodney Davison an Empath & Healer who has overcome crippling anxious overthinking to become the person I am today. I did that by creating a 6 Question Wound Finder Journal that combined with a specific guided meditation helped me remove triggers, wounds and overthinking one episode at a time.
Because of this My Vision now is a World where Empaths become the Strong, Peaceful People they were Always Meant to Be.
My Core Beliefs are the Power to Heal Naturally when appropriate and Getting to The Root Cause of Emotional Issues. I am also very independent, so if you are anything like me then my method of journaling and guided meditations might be for you too.
