The use of journaling and guided meditations is widely used for personal alone use but if you have been diagnosed with depression, PTSD or are feeling suicidal then please consult your doctor or ring Samaritans (UK).
It is possible that journaling or guided meditations don’t work for you.  You might find other things work better for you.  Or if all you feel is slightly more relaxed after a guided meditation then that is really good.
